Qurbani 03 din tak ya 04 din tak jaise hi Maahe Jil Hajj ka waqt aata hai ghair muqallideen musalmano kay yahan sirf aur sirf Ahnaf dushmani ki wajah se ek masla le aate hai kay hum Nabi E Pak ﷺ Ki Wo sunnat zinda kar rahe hai jo Murda hogayi hai lihaja 04 din hum Qurbani kar rahe hai halanki kisi sahih mustanad rivayat se 04 din Qurbani sabit nahi hai, jahir hai jab wo ye dawa karte hai to apne dalail me kuch dalil bhi dete honge wo ek hadees pesh karte hai,

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، Sanad : Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal Rahmatullah Alaih –> Abul Imaan –> Saeed bin Abdul Aziz (AN) –> Sulaiman bin Moosa (AN) –> Jubair Ibn Mutim Radiallahu Anhu  –>

Ek Aur Ahem Wajah Suleman Ibn Moosa Damishque ne ye rivayat bayan ki hai Sahabi E Rasool  Hazrat Zuber Ibn Mutim Radiallahu Anhu Se Lekin Suleman Ibn Moosa ne Hazrat Zuber Ibn Mutim Radiallahu Anhu ko nahi paaya hai 
i) Imam Tirmizi Rahmatullah Alaih Ki Kitaab Ul Ilal Me Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih Se Riwayat Hai Ke Inhone Farmaaya Sulaimaan Ibn Mosa Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Ke Sahaba Me Se Kisi Ko Bhi Nahi Paaya

Ye Waali Riwayat Munaqteh Aur Zaeef  Hai Sulaiman Ibn Moosa Iske Raavi Ne Jubair Ibn Mut-Im Ko Nahi Paaya Ye Wali kay Bare Me Farmaaya “Mursal” Yaani Munqateh Hai.

Issi tarah kayi aimma e muhadiseen ne is Suleman Ibn Moosa Damishqui par kalam kiya hai ab jis rivayat me do mudallis ravi ho aur usme bhi jo ek ravi nihayat zaeef wahabi tamam siqah sahih rivato ko chodke is rivayat pe amal ki targeeb dene lage hai.

Maloom huwa kay apne mazhab ko saabit karne kay liye wahabiya nihayat kamzor aur zaeef tarr rivayat ko laake awaam par jor dete hai wahin agar aap Nabi E Karim ﷺ Ki shaan azmat me koi hadees pesh karo to inke yahan kay laa ilm yatim bhi fauran hadees ko zaeef saabit karne lagenge,  jabki iske khilaf 03 Din Qurbani karne ki sahih mustanad dalail mauzud hai uske baad bhi sirf Ummat me insteshar karne ki garz se ye 04 din Qurbani ka fitna awaam me laate hai.

لِيَشهَدوا مَنافِعَ لَهُم وَيَذكُرُوا اسمَ اللَّهِ في أَيّامٍ مَعلوماتٍ عَلىٰ ما رَزَقَهُم مِن بَهيمَةِ الأَنعامِ ۖ فَكُلوا مِنها وَأَطعِمُوا البائِسَ الفَقيرَ
"Aur Maloom Dino Me Allah Kay Naam Ko Yaad Karen Is Baat par kay Allah ne Inhe bezaban Maweshiyon Se rizq diya to tum inse khao Aur Musibat Zada Muhtazao ko khilao"
(Surah Al Hajj Ayat 28)

وَحَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، قَالَ الأَضْحَى يَوْمَانِ بَعْدَ يَوْمِ الأَضْحَى ‏.‏
وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ
"Hazrat Naafe Radiallahu Anhu Farmte hai Hazrat Abdullah ibn Umar Radiallahu Anhu Ne Irshad Farmaya Qurbani Do Din Tak durust hai baad eid ul azha kay,
Imam Malik Rahmatullah Alaih Farmate hai Hazrat Ali Ibn Abu Talib Radiallahu Anhu ne Bhi aise hi irshad farmaya"

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتِ الضَّحِيَّةُ كُنَّا نُمَلِّحُ مِنْهُ، فَنَقْدَمُ بِهِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ لاَ تَأْكُلُوا إِلاَّ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ ‏"‏‏.‏ وَلَيْسَتْ بِعَزِيمَةٍ، وَلَكِنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُطْعِمَ مِنْهُ وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ‏.‏
"Hazrat Ummul Momineen Syeda Tahira Ayesha Siddiqua Radiallahu Anha Bayan Karti Hai Madine Me hum Qurbani kay ghost me namak laga kar rakh diya karte they aur phir usko Rasool E Pak 
 ki bargaah e mukaddas me bhi pesh karte they, Phir Nabi E Karim  Ne Irshad Farmaya Qurbani Kay ghost ko 3 din se zyada na khaya karo, Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqua Radiallahu Anhu Farmati hai Ye Hukm Jaruri nahi tha balki Nabi E Karim  ki mansha ye thi kay Hum Qurbani kay ghost (un logo ko bhi de jinke yahan Qurbani nahi huwi), Aur Allah Pak zyada jaan ne wala hai"

Hadees 08:
يِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، فَصَلَّى قَبْلَ الْخُطْبَةِ، ثُمَّ خَطَبَ النَّاسَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَاكُمْ أَنْ تَأْكُلُوا لُحُومَ نُسُكِكُمْ فَوْقَ ثَلاَثٍ‏.‏ وَعَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ نَحْوَهُ

"Hazrat Abu Ubaid Radiallahu Anhu Farmate Hai Eid Ki Namaz me Ali Ibn Abu Talib Radiallahu Anhu kay Saath Aaya unhone Namaz padh kar khutba diya, aur Kaha logo Rasoolullah  Ne tumhe Apni Qurbani Kay Ghost ko 03 Din Se zyada khane ki mumaniyat ki hai"

Ab yahan ye ek ishkal aata hai kay chaliye maan lete hai 03 Din Se zyada Qurbani Jaiz Nahi hai lekin hadees e paak me dusra hissa bhi to hai kay Qurbani Ka Ghost 03 Din se zyada rakhna jaiz nahi hai baaz log aqsar ye baat karte hai aaye iska jawab bhi Sahih Hadees se dekhte hai 

Kya Qurbani Ka Ghost 03 Din Se Zyada Nahi Rakh Sakte  

Imam Nasai Sunan Me Rivayat Hadees Naql Karte hai
Hadees  09:
عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ إِنِّي كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ لُحُومِ الأَضَاحِي بَعْدَ ثَلاَثٍ وَعَنِ النَّبِيذِ إِلاَّ فِي سِقَاءٍ وَعَنْ زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ فَكُلُوا مِنْ لُحُومِ الأَضَاحِي مَا بَدَا لَكُمْ وَتَزَوَّدُوا وَادَّخِرُوا وَمَنْ أَرَادَ زِيَارَةَ الْقُبُورِ فَإِنَّهَا تُذَكِّرُ الآخِرَةَ وَاشْرَبُوا وَاتَّقُوا كُلَّ مُسْكِرٍ
"Hazrat Buraidah Radiallahu Anhu Se Mankul Hai Kay Nabi E Karim 
 ne Irshad Farmaya Maine tumhe 03 din se zyada Qurbani ka ghost khane se roka tha, Aur Mashkize kay elawa kisi bartan me nabizh banane se bhi roka tha Aur Kabro par jaane se bhi mana kiya tha, Ab Tum Jab tak chaho qurbani kay ghost kha sakte ho, safar me saath bhi le jaa sakte ho aur zakhira bhi kar sakte ho, aur jo shaks chahe kabro par jaa sakta hai kyuki wo akhirat ki yaad dilati hai, is tarah tumhare bartan me ab nabizh banakar rakh sakte ho lekin har nashe wali chiz se bacho"

Hadees 10:
عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ كُنْتُ نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ لُحُومِ الأَضَاحِي فَوْقَ ثَلاَثٍ لِيَتَّسِعَ ذُو الطَّوْلِ عَلَى مَنْ لاَ طَوْلَ لَهُ فَكُلُوا مَا بَدَا لَكُمْ وَأَطْعِمُوا وَادَّخِرُوا ‏

"Hazrat Suleman Ibn Buraidah Radiallahu Anhu Apne Walid Se rivayat Karte hai Kay Rasoolullah ﷺ Ne Irshad Farmaya Maine Tum Logo ko 03 Din Se Zyada Qurbani Ka Ghost rakhne se mana kiya tha Taaki Maaldar log un logo ki Khushadgi karde jinme Qurbani ki taqat nahi hai, To Ab Jitna Chahe Khud khao aur dusro ko khilao Aur Ghost Jama Karke rakho"
قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَعَائِشَةَ وَنُبَيْشَةَ وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ وَقَتَادَةَ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ وَأَنَسٍ وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ
Is Baab me Hazrat Ibn Masood, Hazrat Ayesha, Hazrat Nubaisha, Hazrat Abu Saeed, Hazrat Qatada Ibn Noman, Aur Umme Sulaim Rizwanullahim Azmayeen se bhi hadees aayi hai,

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ بُرَيْدَةَ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ ‏
Imam Tirmizi Rahmatullah Alaih Farmate Hai Hazrat Buraidah Radiallahu Anhu ki Hadees Hasan Sahih hai,
 وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَغَيْرِهِمْ

Upar di gayi tamam baato se jo chiz ka khulasa huwa wo ye
01) Ghair Muqallideen ki pesh karda 04 din tak Qurbani ki dalil nihayat zaeef hai jo kabil e amal nahi hai jabki uske khilaf Sahih Mustanad 03 din ki rivayat mauzud hai.
02) Aqabir Sahaba E Kiram Jisme Hazrat Ali Sher E Khuda, Ummul Momineen Syeda Ayesha Siddiqua, Hazrat Abdullah ibn Abbas, Hazrat Anas ibn Malik, Hazrat Qatada, Abu Saeed Khudri Rizwanullahim Azmayeen aur bhi ahle ilm ka ispe hi amal tha kay wo 3 din ki Qurbani ko hi jaiz samajte they.
03) Agar Qurbani 04 din tak hoti to Nabi E Pak 
 ne Sahaba Se ye kahna chahye tha kay 04 din se zyada Ghost na rakho ye kyun kaha 03 din, Agar Qurbani 04 din hoti to wahan khud 04 din ki qaid honi thi pata chala Qurbani ka hukm hi 03 din tha.
04) Qurbani Ka Afzal waqt to baad namaz e Eid Ul Azha Awwal din hai to jaankar 04 04 din Janwar laake Afzal ko chodke us din ki awaam me jidd karna jo sahih saabit nahi iska kya matlab hai siwaye logo ki qurbani ko jaaya karne aur fitna karne kay,
05) Baaz Kahte hai hum Murda Sunnat zinda kar rahe hai bhala konsi Hadees me hai Kay Nabi E Karim Ne khud 04 din Qurbani ki ho ? Nahi hai to konsi sunnat zinda karne nikle ho Allah Jaane.

Hadees : 
Jisne Ye Kaha Nabi E Karim Gaib ka Ilm Jante Hai Usne Jhuth Kaha (Sahih Bukhari Hadees :7380) 
Jisne Ye Kaha Nabi E Karim Kal Kya Hoga Ye Jante Hai Usne Jhuth Kaha (Sahih Bukhari Hadees : 4855 ) Ye Do Hadees Aqsar pesh ki jati hai Munkireen E Ilme Gaib E Nabi Ki Janib Se kay In Hadees Se saabit hai Nabi E Karim Ko Gaib Ka Ilm na tha.

Baab 02 : Nabi E Karim ﷺ kay Ilme Gaib Hone Ka Bayan
Ilme Gaib E Nabi ka Par hamara Aqeedah : Hum Ahle Sunnat Wa Jamaat ka Aqeeda hai Kay Allah Pak Ne Apne Mehboob Ko dhire dhire gaib ka Ilm ata kiya Nabi E Karim kay pass jo bhi gaib Ka Ilm hai wo khud ka nahi Balki Unhe Ye ilm Allah Rabbul Izzat ne ata kiya hai. Allah Paak Kay Liye Koi Cheez Poshida Nahi Hai Allah Ka Jo Ilm hai wo laa Mehdood Hai jiski koi hadh nahi Allah ko wo Ilm Kisi se mila nahi wo Allah Taa'la ka jaati hai lekin Nabi E Karim ka Ilm Mehdood hai Atayi hai yaani jo bhi ilm hai wo Allah Pak Ki Ata Se hai yahan tak kay Allah pak Ne Apne Pyare Mehboob Ko Ilm Maa Kana Wama Yakun ka ilm ata kiya jo hochuka aur kayamat tak hatta kay jannati jannat me chale jayenga jahannami Jahannam me Jannat me jannati rahenge kaise kya karenge har chiz ka bayan Nabi E Karim ko Allah Pak ne ata farma diya jiska zikr aage hadees me aayega. Nabi E Karim Ka Ilm Atayi Hai Aur Pak Parwardigar Ka Ilm Jaati Hai Aur Ye Jo Hadees bayan Ki Gayi Hazrat Ayesha Radiallahu Anha wali wo Is baat ki taraf hai kay Nabi E karim Ko Ilme Gaib Khud Se nahi hai yaani Syeda Ayesha Radiallahu Anha Jaati Ilme Gaib ka Inkar kar rahi hai Atayi ki to khud wo bhi kayal hai jo aage hadees me pesh hoga.

Ilme Gaib E Nabi Quran E Karim Se Yun to Quran E Muqaddas me Ilme Gaib Kay Sabut me kayi aayatein hai magar yahan hum bas Panjetan Pak ki nisbat Se 05 aayat e karima pesh karte hai
Ayat 01 :
وَما كانَ اللَّهُ لِيُطلِعَكُم عَلَى الغَيبِ وَلٰكِنَّ اللَّهَ يَجتَبي مِن رُسُلِهِ مَن يَشاءُ ۖ فَآمِنوا بِاللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِ"Aur ALLAH ki Shaan Yeh Nahin Hai k Ae Aam Logon Tumhe GAIB ka ILM de, Haan ALLAH Chun Leta Hai Apne Rasoolon Main Se Jisko Chahe" (Surah Al Imran, Ayat : 179)
Ayat 02 :
وَعَلَّمَكَ ما لَم تَكُن تَعلَمُ ۚ وَكانَ فَضلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيكَ عَظيمًا “Aur Tum ko Sikha Diya Jo Kuch Tum Na Jaante They, aur ALLAH ka Tum Par Bara Fazal Hai" (Surah Nisa Ayat : 113) 

Ayat 03 : عالِمُ الغَيبِ فَلا يُظهِرُ عَلىٰ غَيبِهِ أَحَدًا لّا مَنِ ارتَضىٰ مِن رَسولٍ
"Allah Apne GAIB Par Kisi ko Musallat Nahin Karta,Siwaye Apne Pasandeedah Rasoolon k”
(Surah Jinn Ayat : 26-27)

وَما هُوَ عَلَى الغَيبِ بِضَنينٍ "Aur Aye Nabi Gaib Batane Me Bakhil Nahi” (Surah Al Takwir Ayat 24)

الرَّحمٰنُ عَلَّمَ القُرآنَ خَلَقَ الإِنسانَ عَلَّمَهُ البَيانَ “Rehman Ne Apne Mehboob Ko Quran Sikhaya Insaniat ki Jaan Muhammad Ko Paida Kiya MAKAAN WAMA YAKOON ka Bayan Unhe Sikhaya” (Surah Ar Rahman Ayat 01- 04)

Hadees 07: "Hazrat Abu Huraira Radiallahu Anhu bayan karte hai ek bhediya bakrio ke rewad ke charwahe ke paas aya aur usne waha se ek bakri utha li, charwahe ne uska picha kiya hatta ke usko usse chudwa liya, ravi bayan karte hai bhediya ek tile pe chad aya aur waha sarin ke bal baith gaya aur dum dono pao ke darmiyan dakhil ker li, phir usne kaha : maine rozi ka kasad kiya jo Allah ne mujhe ata ki thi aur maine isse hasil ker liya tha, magar tune usse mujhse chuda liya. Us admi me kaha Allah ki kasam ! Maine aaj kay din ki tarha koi bhediya bolte hue nahi dekha, bhediye ne kaha isse bhi ajeeb baat ye hai ke Aadmi (Hazrat Muhammad ) jo do pahado ke darmiyan wakeh nakhalistan (Madina) me rehte hai, wo tumhe maazi aur hone wale wakiyat ke Muttalik batate hai. Ravi kehte hai wo shaksh Yahudi tha wo Nabi ﷺ ke paas aya roh usne us wakya ke mutaluk ap ko bataya aur islam kabool ker liya. Nabi ﷺ ne uski tasdeek farmai, fir Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya ye qayamat se pehle ki nishaniya hai qareeb hai ke admi ghar se nikle phir wo wapis ae toh us ke jute aur uska koda usse un halaat ke mutaluk batae jo uske baad uske ahle khana ke sath pesh aye ho"
