Hazrat Imam Ishaq Ibn Rahwayh Rahmatullah Alaih Al Mutwaffa 237 Hizri Ki taraf baaj log ek qaul ki nisbat karte hai ke Hazrat Ne Kaha Ke Muawiya Radiallahu Anhu Ki fazilat pe koi hadees Sahih Nahi aur is qaul par ye dalil dete hai.



"Abu Abdullah Hakim Kahte hai ke maine Abu Abbas Muhammad ibn Yakub ibn Yusuf Al Aslam se wo apne walid Yakub ibn Yusuf ki jaban se Imam Ishaq Ibn Ibrahim ibn Ruwayh ka qaul suna Muawiya Radiallahu Anhu ki fazilat me Nabi E Karim Ki koi bhi sahih hadees sabit nahi hai"

Al Jawab:
i) Imam Ishaq Ki taraf is qaut ki nisbat hi mashkuk hai aur ye qaul sanad se sabit nahi hai.
Aii) Is liye ke Imam Ishaq se is qual ko nakl karne wala sirf ek raavi Muhaddis Abul Abbas Muhammad ibn Yakub Al Asmi ke Walid Yakub Ibn Fazal hai aur ye ravi wo hai jiski koi tauseeq ya tanzeef sabit nahi hai dusre alfaz me kaha jaye to ye ek mazhul hai aur mazhul ravi ke qaul pe aitamad nahi kiya ja sakta.

ii) Khud Imam Ibn Asaqir Rahmatullah Alaih ne is qaut ko likha aur baad me qaul ko baatil mardood jhuta likha hai Is Qaul Ka koi aitbar nahi kyuki Hazrat Muawiya Radiallahu Anhu Ki Fazilat Me Ek nahi mutadid sahih rivayat mauzud hai Iske baad Apni Sanad se tamam rivayat ki takhreej farmakar is qaul ko batil sabit kar diya ye line kha gaye mukhalifeen
Kayi Muhadiseen ne is qaul ko batil karar diya Jisme Imam Suyuti, Imam Ibn Hajar Makki aur deegar aqabireen shamil hai.
iii) Bilfarz Imam Ishaq Alaihrehma ke is qaul ko sahih maan liya jaye to bhi koi harz nahi hai kyuki unhone usoolan sahih ka inkar kiya hai, Hasan darje ki hadees to ahkam me bhi li jati hai zaeef to fazail me bhi makbul hai, bahut si hadees Hazrat Muawiya Radiallahu Anhu ki fazilat me hasan darje ki bhi hai jo hadees Imam Ibn Asaqir Rahmatullah Alaih ne bhi is kaul ko likh kar iska raddh kiya aur wahan un hadees ko likha jiska scan page upar hai.
iv) Agar Imam Ishaq Ka qaul durust bhi huwa to bhi kayi aimma muhadiseen ke nazdeek Sahih Hasan Rivayatein mauzud hai to kisi muhadis ke nazdeek hadees e sahih ka inkar lazim nahi ke usulan ye sabke nazdik wohi hoga,
Ab yahan hum kuch usooli jawab bhi de rahe hai padhe jisko padhne ke baad aitraz bilkul khatam hojate hai

Baab : Hazrat Muawiya Radiallahu Anhu Ke Fazail Wa Manaqib Me Aur Unke Khususiyat aur Uloom Aur Ijtehad Ke Bayan Me Aur Wo Bahut Hai Yahan Maine Sirf Thodi Bayan Ki Hai
Tanbiyah :
Baaz logo ne bayan kiya hai ke Bukhari Rahmatuallah Alaih ne bas Baab mein Hazrat Muawiya Radiallahu Anhu ke halaat bayan kiye hai us baab ka unwaan ye rakha hai " Baab Zikr E Muawiya" Ye nahi kaha ke Fazail E Muawiya Radiallahu Anhu na ye ke Manakib E Muawiya Radiallahu Anhu is ka sabab ye hai ke Hazrat Muawiya Radiallahu Anhu ke fazail me koi sahih hadees warid hi nahi huwi jaisa ki Ishaq ibn Rahwayh Rahmatuallah Alaih ne bayan kiya hai.
Iska jawab ye hai ke agar ye murad hai ke ‘Bukhari' ke shart ke muwafiq koi riwayat sahih nahi hui toh aksar sahaba ki yehi halat hai aur agar shart ‘Bukhari’ ki qaid na lagayi jaye toh ye baat galat hogi kyunki unke fazail me baaz hadees hasan hai.
Hatta ke Imam Tirmizi ke nazdik jaisa ke Unhone Jamai Tirmizi me bayan kiya hai aur ankareeb tumko malum hoga aur Hadees Hasan Lizatihi bil Ijma hujjat hai balke manakib me to zaeef hadees bhi hujjat ho jati hai.
Al Mukthasar Ishaq ibn Rahwayh Rahmatuallah Alaihne jo kuch bayan kiya hai wo Hazrat Muawiya Radiallahu Anhu ke fazail me kaidah nahi ho sakta”

Sahib E Nibras Imam Abdul Aziz Parharvi Chisti Rahmatullah Alaih (Al Mutwaffa 1239 Hizri) Farmate Hai
“Iska jawab ye hai ke iske pahle do hadees pesh ki jaa chuki hai ek Musnad Ahmad aur Dusri Sunan Tirmizi ki pas's agar ad'm e sehat se murad ad'm e sabut hai to ye kaul mardood hai, Aur agar sehat se sehat mastalah indal Muhadiseen hai to koi harj nahi, kyuki iska dusra tabka hai, Hadees e sahih ki killat ki wajah se basharat e ahkam wa fazail hadees e Hasan se sabit hai,
Aur Musnad, Sunan Ki Hadees darje e hasan se kam tar nahi aur fann e hadees me to ye hochuka hai Fazail ke baab me hadees e zaeef par amal bhi Jaiz hai hadees e hasan ki to kya baat hai”

Aala Hazrat Imam Ahmad Raza Khan Rahmatullah Alaih (Al Mutwafffa 1340 Hizri) Farmate Hai
“Baaz jahil bol uthe hai ke Ameer Muawiya Radiallahu Anhu ki fazilat me koi hadees sahi nahi, ye unki nadani hai ulmae mohaddiseen Apni Istelahat per kalam farmate hai, ye be samjhe khuda jane kaha se kaha tak le jaate hai, azyaz wa muslim ke sehat nahi phir Hasan kya kam hai, Hasan bhi na sahih yaha Zaeef bhi mustahkam hai.”
