Al Jawab:
i) Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih ko Bunyad banake ye aitraz siwaye bugz jahalat ke kuch bhi nahi hai, Imam Bukhari ne apni Sahih me Kitab Fazail E Ashaab Un Nabi ﷺ Kayam kiya uske tahet Alag Alag Hasti ke naam se baab Kayam Kiye, Muawiya Radiallahu Anhu ka zikr karte baab kaa naam diya Zikr E Muawiya Radiallahu Anhu aur us baad me hadees layi Aap Radiallahu Anhu ke Faqih Sahabi Hone ki ye fazilat kam ilmo ko nazar naa aayi, lekin ussi kitab me dusre bade buzurg sahaba ka tazkira bhi kiya to wahan bhi Zikr Se Baab Kayam kiya Fazail Se nahi muhalihaja kare kya in sahaba ke baare me bhi wohi nazariyat hai ?

Ilawa ek aisi rivayat jo hum ahle sunnat ke aqaid ki badi dalil hai wo Nabi E Karim Ke Qasim E Naemat Hone k hawale se Jisko Imam Bukhari Alaihrehma ne likha hai is hadees ko saare Neem rafzi bhi apne jalse aqaid ke liye bayan karte hai
Hadees :
عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ سَمِعْتُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، خَطِيبًا يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ، وَإِنَّمَا أَنَا قَاسِمٌ وَاللَّهُ يُعْطِي، وَلَنْ تَزَالَ هَذِهِ الأُمَّةُ قَائِمَةً عَلَى أَمْرِ اللَّهِ لاَ يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَالَفَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ ".
Abdur Rehmaan Ne Kaha Ke Mai'n Ne Hazrat Mu'aawiya Radiallahu Anhu Ko Khutba Dete Huwe Suna Woh Keh Rahe The Ke Mai'ne Nabi E Karim ﷺ Ko Yeh Farmaate Huwe Suna Ke Jis Shakhs Ke Saath Allah Azzowajal Khair (Bhalaayi) Ka Iraadah Farmaata Hai To Usko Deen Me'n Fiqh Ata Farmaata Hai (Usko Deen Ka Faqeeh Banaata Hai) (Phir Nabi e Karim ﷺ Ne Irshaad Farmaaya) Aur Mai'n Qaasim Ya'ni Taqseem Karne Waala Hoo'n Aur Allah Azzowajal Ata Farmaata Hai Aur Yeh Ummat Humesha Allah Azzowajal Ke Deen Par Qaayem Rahegi Aur Kisi Ki Mukhaalefat Se Isko Nuqsaan Na Hoga Yahaa'n Tak Ke Allah Ka Hukm (Qayaamat) Aa Jaaye.
